PET DRX TO PRESENT AT ROTH 20TH ANNUAL OC GROWTH STOCK CONFERENCE

- Company Presentation Scheduled for Wednesday, February 20 at 8:30 a.m. PT -

SAN JOSE, California – February 12, 2008 – Pet DRx Corporation (“Pet DRx” or the “Company”) (OTCBB: PDXC), a provider of veterinary primary care and specialized services to companion animals, today announced that members of its management team are scheduled to present at the Roth 20th Annual OC Growth Stock Conference on Wednesday, February 20 at 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time. The Conference will be held at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, California.
