                    PET DRx TO HOLD FIRST QUARTER 2008 FINANCIAL RESULTS
                                                     CONFERENCE CALL MAY 15

Nashville, Tenn. - May 8, 2008 - Pet DRx, Inc. (OTC BB: PDXC) a provider of veterinary primary care and specialized services to companion animals, today announced that the Company will release 2008 first quarter financial results after the close of the market on Wednesday, May 14, 2008.  Company management will host an investment community conference call on Thursday, May 15, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time) to discuss those results and to answer questions.
